This is a remodeled two bedroom home which is just one mile north of the Broad Ripple village. It is located in quiet, safe, wooded neighborhood just a mile north of the Broad Ripple Village and a few hundred yards from the Monon Trail. It is not a large house but it is cozy and quaint. The kitchen has cherry colored maple cabinets with granite counter-tops and Frigidaire Gallery series stainless steel appliances. The home has a non wood brick fireplace, small covered front porch and a screened porch with tiled floor out back overlooking a landscaped yard with a partial view of the White River. (Not in a flood plain, not in Ravenswood) It comes with a newly constructed oversized 2 car garage with remote controlled openers and plenty of paved off street parking. A washer and dryer are included in the partial basement. We want to find someone who wants to stay for a number of years and will take care of and appreciate such a nice home.
