Fox Hill Elementary School is an absolute gem and we are so thankful that our new home moved us out of IPS district and into the care and warm hearts of everyone at Fox Hill. We know how lucky we are to have our child in a school where they genuinely care about the well being of every single student

He has gotten many behavior awards, straight A's and perfect attendance awards as well. The school is fantastic. Most parents that complain don't do enough work at home with their children

They will treat you as if you're just one in 700 parents that they have to deal with. My child was picked on and nothing was done. There were no resolution for ruthless situations that happened at the school,

That expertise was simply not there. They had done only the minimum to implement the accommodation plans we discussed each Fall, but we are aware our child can be trying. We were disappointed, but not every school can serve every child. That was good enough for us until they thought to mail us a yearbook recently for last year. Our son was excited to open the package and see all his former classmates, only to be crestfallen to see that he has been unceremoniously expunged from history. WHY MAIL THE DAMNED BOOK TO US? The children at this school are very rude, discriminatory and bully children that do not look like them. I know firsthand that the principal and the social workers do not take any of these matters seriously. They cater to and are more concerned about the largest demographic of students that attend this school. Since taking over a few years ago the school is on a steady decline and if it weren't for the fact my child was so close to graduation we would have left. The environment is no longer welcoming, the teachers have gotten lazy, the quality of everything right down to the meal service has gotten worse with each year.
