About this House
House is a 1 bedroom 1 bath rent would be 1,400$ we can sign monthly lease or yearly. Please fill an application or have your renters profile filled out for a tour. At the moment ex tenants are still there till September 1st,
They might leave earlier, but wanting to rent it out as soon as possible. Houses need's some repairs so I'll be doing those as well before new tenants move in. Tenant pays for everything water, PG&E, garbage and sewer. Garbage has to be under landlord name so I will be sending a bill to the tenant, and sewer needs to be under landlord name, so I'll be sending a bill for that as well or we can add onto the rent, but rates go up sometimes with the city and garbage so tenants would have to pay the difference.
If there are pets depends which pets we can work something out as well a fee would have to be in place and rules. Home has a good size backyard and comes with the basement for storage. House is a corner lot and has chain link fencing around the property, only one half of it the other half is wood. Houses is close to freeway so easy access is you are a commuter. Close to stores as well.
Waiting on old tenants to move to do tours on the property.
