YOUR SPACE

Whatever your reason for needing temporary housing for a month or longer in San Diego, don't miss your chance to book a long-term stay in this brand-new home. Demand is high and supply is scarce when it comes to properties as good as this. Its convenient location, combined with the quality of presentation in every room of this brand new 3-bedroom house in southern San Diego, make this your ideal choice.

Park right outside when you arrive and enjoy the exciting anticipation of experiencing modern living as you take the short walk to your private front door and enter the house for the first time.

OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING AREA

The front door opens directly into what's sure to become the hub of the house during your stay. You're bound to be impressed by the modern kitchen with its granite countertops and an array of appliances and cookware that ensure you have all you need to prepare food the way you like to. And when it's time to eat, the island in the kitchen has seating so everyone can gather and enjoy the culinary creations.

After the plates have been cleared away, there's room to relax on the futons by the 80-inch flatscreen HDTV on which you can watch Roku, Netflix, YouTube, cable and other streaming services. Or you can just sit and talk, maybe to make plans for tomorrow. Both futons fold out to provide beds for one guest each, handy if there are 5 or 6 in your group.

OUTSIDE SPACE

There's another place you can sit together and that's on the balcony patio. Accessed directly from the living area, there are more seats and a table out here, making it ideal for morning coffee to welcome a new day and for quiet evening drinks as you relax and unwind. Also, outside down on street level is a large enclosed yard idea that's ideal for letting your kids and pets run around to burn off some of their energy!

3 BEDROOMS

Your hosts make sure both of the queen beds (one in each bedroom) are comfortable so you can sleep easily throughout your long-term stay. The bedding and memory foam mattresses are high quality and you'll find plenty of closet space to store your clothing and belongings, so it really will feel like a home-from-home for you all. Both rooms have a desk and chair and one has an exercise bike, so you can easily work and workout during your time here.

2.5 BATHROOMS

Like the rest of the house, the main bathroom is brand new with a large shower, vanity, and WC. Towels are provided along with a full month's worth of personal hygiene products including shampoo, soap, toilet paper and toothbrushes.

LAUNDRY

As you'll be staying for at least a month, you're sure to find a use for the washer and dryer that are in the house.

PARKING

As already mentioned, there are 2 private parking spaces inside the property garage, so there's no need to mess around with parking apps trying to pay for a slot. You have 2 free spaces right here.

REMOTE WORKING

Each of the bedrooms has a desk and chair, so anyone who needs a quiet place in which to complete an assignment has plenty of choices (you can add the kitchen island and the table out on the patio into the mix). All areas of the house are served by 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, so you'll easily be able to send work to whoever needs to see it.

PETS WELCOME

This family-friendly home welcomes pets too, so you can be with your beloved pooch for however long you need to stay here.

YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Welcome to a brand new home in a centrally-located, family-friendly, safe, and quiet urban neighborhood. Kids' Playground - it's just a short walk from the house and a great place for the kids and pets to run around, or for a jog or a quiet sit down in the sun.

This property is ideal for families seeking temporary accommodation for a few months, perhaps while their house is repaired or remodeled. It's also ideal for corporate stays for workers on medium to long-term assignments in the San Diego area.

Your hosts want to ensure every day of your stay is relaxed and hassle-free, so you'll be able to contact them via phone and can expect a swift and professional response to any inquiry. So if anything needs fixing, or you need supplies delivered, you know who to call!
Other things to note
The home is located just 20 minutes from the San Diego International Airport and the new car rental lot.

Although there are restaurants and a grocery store less than a mile away, we highly recommend a car for getting to the beaches, Balboa Park, and San Diego's top attractions like Sea World, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, etc. As an alternative to a rental car, we recommend considering:

UBER or LYFT: on-demand private car services - nicer than a taxi - bookable through your mobile phone.

TURO: a marketplace to rent cars & vans from local residents at a fraction of the cost of a rental car during these inflationary times. Some TURO rentals offer complimentary auto delivery to your vacation rental, to meet you at the airport, or arrange to have the vehicle picked up at a location of their choice.

Owner pays for all 100% of utilities. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Pets are allowed. Free 2-car garage for parking. We accept flexible lease that is longer than 30 days to 365 days or more with an option to extend at the end of the lease.

"IB is great in many ways. There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
