Description

Coming soon in December, large house in desirable location. Step in the front door, and you will be surprised! This updated vintage home is much larger than you would think. The house has 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms making it ideal for home office situations or large families. One family room leads to south facing patio with a large backyard, featuring redesigned hardscape with seating area and a firepit. The updated kitchen has quartz countertops with a modern sink and new tile. Plenty of counter space and storage with a separate pantry. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, and there is a gas cooktop with an electric oven. This house is well maintained, with new toilets and overhead fans in all the bedrooms and living room. The 3 original bedrooms are wood laminate, and the rest of the house, including the master, is tile throughout. The huge master has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, a separate WC, and a huge Nordstrom closet. The other 3 bedrooms share a full-size bathroom and powder room. The utility room, with a dog door, has electric hookups with a complimentary dryer (to be maintained and/or replaced by the tenant). There is an attached carport and off-road parking. This is a large, spacious home in a great location. Available to view first week of
December. We are owner/ managers, so we take care of our properties and look for long term tenants who will do the same.
A walkthrough video is available on request. Please contact me for more details.
Thank you.

"I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
  • James Harold Bowens Jr.
"Clear walk paths and not a lot of loose dogs. Plenty of open areas to allow your dog to get exercise. "
  • Unknown
"There are many dog owners in my neighborhood. It is a friendly place for dogs and their owners. There is a landscaped and lit canal walking trail. "
  • Ciara Ruiz
"Ok could be better. Not the greatest. A lot of homelessness. They sneak in to the apartment complex. "
  • Trulia User
