Lynbrook South Middle, is a great school. Educators are helpful, polite and always making the students are safe. The school and teachers have a great communication system with the parents. South Middle has a no tolerance policy on bullying, they take complaints very seriously. The sports curriculum is extensive and inclusive. My Daughter feels safe and happy in this school, and for that I thank all the staff for their great work to the students.

Great Schools you need to update your information, because the school does quite well across state standards. I also can't speak to some of the older reviews, but the school is nothing as described. The principal, teachers, and staff are very approachable and friendly and they all care about the well-being and success of each and every child. There are many activities to challenge minds, as well as activities for the students to have fun and get to know their peers. PTA is very active and tries to include all and increase membership to reflect the student body, as well as to bring new voices and fresh ideas for the benefit of all. Many go on to have great academic "careers" through middle school, high school, and beyond.

The Kindergarten Center was amazing...they helped my Granddaughter adjust. They were kind and understanding and now she is in Marion School and they are just as wonderful....
