Carrington Farms is conveniently located near Route 93, Southern New Hampshire University, and many stores and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes from downtown Manchester and the Mall of New Hampshire. Younger residents of Carrington Farms attend the Hooksett public schools through 8th grade, and then they are able to attend either Central High School or West High School, both in Manchester.

The buildings at Carrington Farms are heated by natural gas, and are serviced by public water and sewer. Each unit has a through-the-wall air conditioner located in the living room. Heat and hot water is included in the rent. Also included are common area maintenance, water service, landscaping, snow removal, hallway cleaning, pool maintenance, waste removal.

There is various Wildlife you wouldn't find in the city, a dog park next to the courthouse, and a little corner store that a great many presidential hopefuls have stopped at over the years.
