This part of GA is victim to rainfall in the small watershed of the Chattahoochie River so that water availability for maintaining landscapes is fickle. Taxes in Forsyth County are low, especially for real estate. The Forsyth County School system is pretty good. I left to return to WI, finding a great neighborhood and very friendly people and cold winter weather---so be it. GA and Forsyth County were a great experience if you can live with the awful commutes in North Georgia and humid summers."
