The community has biking and walking paths, and a playground. Property is conveniently located near schools, shopping, restaurants, and highway access.

12 month minimum lease. Small dogs only with approval and an additional deposit, no cats. The security deposit is equal to one months rent. The application fee is $55 per adult.

Love the green and surrounding areas. supermarkets are walking distance, the mall is 30 minutes away without traffic. Surprise has many restaurants in the area with a great variety."
