"I live in Talley Ridge and it's a great neighborhood. Troutman is very convenient to live in. highways 77 and 40 are within 15 minutes. 20 minutues from lake Norman.10 minutes to Duke Power State park. love the small town that is starting to grow."

A few short minutes to the state park, with picnic and boat ramp access, walking trails and swimming. The area has great homes, many on the lake.
