About this House

Nice quad-style townhome with walkout lower level. Upper level has vaulted ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen. There are two bedrooms (Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a separate make-up vanity) and a full bath on the upper level. There is a big deck off of the dining area (not picturedforgot). The lower level has a family room with double doors to a 3rd bedroom. There is a 3/4 bath and laundry room in the lower level. The lower level would be a great roommate spot because they'd have their own bedroom, family room, bath and there is a walkout, too. There is a very large double garage. The damage deposit is negotiable if you have no pets. Cats and Dogs are on a case-by-case basis. No viscious breeds of dogs. No puppies or kittens. Home is part of an association and dog/cat feces must be picked up each time. Animals cannot be left loose or even out unattended on a tether. Owner by law discloses that he is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota. Home is available June 1 and I am only looking right now for people that can move in then. I do not participate in the Section 8 program.tenant pays electric, gas, water and personal optional things like Internet, cable/satellite tv and phone.
