Circa 1873 Widow Katharine Burke House. High raised house with garage underneath. The only house on the entire block with a driveway. Located next door to the popular Sunflower Bakery. Except for the front driveway, the front and back yards are completely fenced. Walk-way on the west side of the house connecting the two yards. The house has a center hall with one bedroom on one side and the living room on the other. There is a back hallway, once a back side porch that has access to the middle bedroom, the kitchen, a full bath & a door to the back porch. Both bedrooms have closets. Central air & heat. Wood/wood laminate floors throughout the house. Kitchen has gas range and a refrigerator. Utility room is downstairs and has washer and dryer. There is a driveway and a garage. Garage does not have a garage door opener, but does have a cement floor. The yard is mowed twice a month and is included in the rent(Landlord pays for the mowing). Historic house with much character.
