About this House

Not your ordinary duplex- 2 bedroom, 1 bath- you do not share any common walls with the other side. You have your own private yard with a covered deck, a private 8X10 laundry room with room for storage and a 8X12 shed in yard. House recently renovated. Central heat and air. Dishwasher and range included (no refrigerator or microwave). You will share driveway with other side of duplex (driveway is wide enough for cars on each side). Pets allowed with $250 non-refundable pet fee for 1st pet and $150 fee for each additional pet. No additional rent per month for pets. Certain breeds of dogs not allowed (Pit-Bull is the most common not allowed).

One year lease required. All electric- tenant responsible for electric and water. Tenant responsible for yard upkeep, to include mowing and removal of small limbs. Tenant must provide proof of renters insurance at lease signing.

Applicant MUST provide valid proof of income, which could be check stubs, bank statement, tax return, etc.

2 adult maximum for property (4 people maximum, including children). No smoking in residence.

Good rental history required. Applicants with criminal history may still qualify, depending on offense and when offense occurred.

Valid ID required to be presented at lease signing (or during application process).
