Leasing Terms + Charges:
680 minimum credit score. $50 application fee. 12 month leases unless otherwise noted. Short-term lease (3-11 months) are available for an additional $100 per month. Water and sewer is $35/month, tenants are responsible for electricity. $50/month for additional occupant or parking space. Pets are not universally allowed, however with the landlords approval before signing the lease, pet rent is $50 per pet, per month. Security deposit is same as rent and due at signing. The lease is not considered fully executed and tenants may not move in until the security deposit is paid in full.     "San Marco is arguably the most dog friendly neighborhood in Jacksonville. Two wonderful daycare and grooming businesses are in relative walking distance, as well as a vet. A mom “n’ pop, all-natural pet market, is centrally located for basic pet supply needs. There are an abundant number of well maintained parks with dog cleanup stations on-site, including a fenced in dog park. Traffic is moderate with low speeds, which eases concerns on walks. Most restaurants allow dogs and provide thoughtful accommodations, especially in the hotter months. "
