"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 24 years. Most housing is geared toward the University population; however, we raised our three children and have enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, the library and two pools and two parks. We appreciate the diversity in this town and the unique downtown atmosphere that is very walkable. "
