House is newly renovated with brand new flooring, paint, carpet, roof, air conditioner, and appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave. 10min away from Northrop Grumman, 15min away from Lockheed/NASA, and 30min away from Edwards Air Force Base. 2min from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Month to month term lease available.

The private room comes with a SHARED bathroom with one other person. Bathroom and shared living spaces are cleaned regularly. Room can come furnished with a full-sized bed/sheets/pillows and a work desk if needed. A closet is included in the room for storing clothes.

Rent includes all utilities such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, trash, AC/heater with Nest, washer/dryer, refrigerator, full kitchen, microwave, BBQ, etc. No garage parking, but there is always plenty of street parking available.

You must be fully employed, with proof of income via pay stubs or offer letter. Military, employees with security clearance (Northrop, Lockheed, NASA, Edwards AFB), or healthcare workers are welcome! No pets or couples.
