I rent the main floor of my home, FULLY FURNISHED, to a clean professional needing a furnished home with a large outside area suitable for a big dog. I've been renting it for 5 years, and everyone loves the location. It's right next to a huge park and in a super safe area with a huge fenced in backyard.
The house is 1.5 miles from downtown. This is a very quiet and relaxing area with covered parking.

 UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT -- separated laundry room is shared with me.

IMPORTANT, Please note: I LIVE IN THE BASEMENT with my own entrance, but I am out of town most of the week as I travel for work.

 This rental includes the entire main level of the home, which includes:
- 1 bedroom (all new pillows, matteress/case protectors, brand new sheets, comforter; smart TV)
- 1 office (previously a bedroom - with new office chair and desk with nice view of backyard to see your pup outside)
- 1 full bathroom (with bathtub)
- Full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal
- New coffee/espresso machine
- Refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker
- Large furnished living room with amazing leather sectional and coffee table and brand new 55" smart TV
- Dining area with chairs and table
- Bonus room with cabinet (can be an office or storage)
- Again, this house is FULLY FURNISHED.

 ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT (internet, wifi, water, and electricity, as well as VIP trash pickup -- never worry about setting it out on the corner, just make sure your trash is in the can by Monday).

- Laundry/Mud Room (washer and dryer on premises in separate mud-room)
- Fenced-in Backyard
- Front yard
- Patio

Only (1) dog (must be friendly and provide proof of current flea-prevention) allowed if housebroken.

    "I guess all in all its like most other neighborhoods any more. You have your good and bad. There is a elementary school down the road. There is a college a couple of gad stations and a dollar store so a few conveniences but it is busy on the main road. The local volunteer fire department is very active and seem friendly. The crime rate locally does seem higher but I think it is increasing everywhere. People seem to leave you alone if you don't bother them maybe if you socialized they would but I don't have kids so I can't speak on that."

    "I've lived here in this neighborhood and area all my life and it's so convenient to walk to the VA hospital and kawanis Park and Church and restaurants and shopping is so close and people are veryfriendly and I walk to the park and store with my grandson and pet and neibors watch out for others and have fun at kawanis Park and lots of festivities from ballgames to fireworks and different things. I've ran all over the neighborhood even in the middle of the night chasing my doggie when she gets out and feel safe."
