"nice location. quiet. beautiful views wide range of walking/cycling trails. safe residential area. gated with security guards. plenty of safe street parking. respectful community. close to a variety of local restaurants"
  • Gabriel B.
"No one knows anyone. Houses cost so much money that people have to take in extra roommates making single family homes into double and triple family homes and filling the streets with parked cars. There aren’t enough police to patrol even 1/4 of the neighborhoods out here, and while crime is seemingly lower than expected, people drive often almost double the speed limits in residential areas, making it very dangerous to let your kids play anywhere near the streets. People are so obsessed with appearance and perception that they drive Land Rovers, Porsches, etc. instead of putting food on the table and have to take on two or three jobs just to keep up. It’s disgusting and I can’t wait to leave, but the military keeps me here. "
  • rlcnjc
"This is a very secure gated community with roving security provided by HOA. Wonderful walking paths/paseos with multiple parks within easy walking distance. Walking track around the Olympic size swimming pool, duck pond, and park."
  • robledofam
"This is a great place to live and raise children. It is upscale living withing a gated community."
