About this House

I have a two bedroom apartment that will be available in November 2025. It is walking distance from East Texas A&M in Commerce. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one large shared kitchen, and a bathroom with washer and dryer hook ups. It is $900 per month water and electric are included.

First month's rent ($900) and a security deposit ($900) are due the day you sign a lease. If you move in the middle of the month the first month's rent will be prorated. One year lease minimum.

My apartment has a 1 year minimum lease agreement. We are pet friendly. We have off street parking for the tenants. There is rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent due upon signing the lease agreement. I will work with a renter to break the security deposit into a few payments if that is helpful.
