About this House

Authentic East Side Milwaukee Living One Block from Brady Street!
Welcome to the real "East Side" experience! This upper apartment is perfectly situated just one block off iconic Brady Street Milwaukee's vibrant hub of bars, restaurants, cafes, and eclectic shops. In the summer, there's truly no better place to be.

Mornings on Brady are quiet and peaceful, especially on weekends. I love grabbing a coffee from Nomad or Rochambo and sitting outside, soaking in the calm and reminiscing about my younger, wilder nights on this very street those late-night memories now replaced with early morning serenity.

The Lakefront is just a few blocks east, offering a complete change of pace. Stroll with your coffee, or head out for a run or bike ride along the scenic Oak Leaf Trail. Visit Veteran's Park, walk the marina, or relax at the beach these beautiful green spaces make it easy to forget you're in the heart of a city.

Everything you need is walkable. From cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and delis to street vendors and quirky local shops Brady Street has it all. Need a quick pharmacy run? Walgreens and CVS are just a block away.
The Apartment Itself , my space is simple and comfortable, with plenty of natural light, big windows, and a great breeze.

This building is over 100 years old with original hardwood floors, vintage trim, and old lathe-and-plaster walls that show their age. I've resisted modernizing it too much because I love the character.

This is a quiet, respectful space not a party pad. You're welcome to cook, entertain (daytime and evening), and enjoy the home, but please no late-night parties. The neighbors will notice (and call me), and we'd all prefer to keep things peaceful.
