Only the downstairs bathroom and the laundry room aren't touched. We kept the old appliances because they still work without issues, those are the kitchen stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Laundry Washer and the Dryer. The sliding mirror closet doors in the master bedroom are also from before. Otherwise everything you can see and touch are brand new.
2-car garage with storage shelves for you to use. We have miscellaneous items still stored in the garage, such as tools to do repairs around the house and leftover building materials from the renovation that we might need in the future for spot repairs. But you will still have plenty of room for 2 cars and storage space. Also has one 240v outlet for EV car charging.
Central AC/Heating. Also has a whole house attic fan that during summer you can turn on with windows opened around the house to draw in the summer night time delta breeze that will cool down the house quick instead of using AC to save electricity.
House is in the Cul de Sac which you can walk out and thru to Alhambra Dr sidewalk for the UC Davis Unitrans bus A. Also 0.5mi 10min short walk to Target shopping center. 2min drive to/from I-80 Mace Blvd on ramp/exit.
Right on the Davis bike path/Green Belt. Perfect for a stroll, run, bike.
I will send you the City's bi-monthly water bill and PG&E electric and gas so you can pay those charges to me as I pay those bills online. House has solar panels which we lease at $100 a month paid by us. You don't have to pay that. But it helps with your electricity cost so your bill will be lower than those renters without a solar panels. We will also pay the City's garbage and sewage fees and gardener who comes twice a month to clean up the front and backyard for you. You get your own cable/Internet service.
One year lease. Deposit and 1st month's rent due at signing. If breaking the lease, you will lose the deposit unless you find suitable renters to take over with Owner's approval.
Owner pays for garbage, sewage, gardening, and solar panels.
