We've been positively impressed with the teachers we've had (with one notable exception, and she's no longer employed in Davis schools). The real draw here is the high education level and community involvement of the parents who send their kids

Korematsu is our neighborhood school and supplies the trifecta: A school with a very solid teaching staff, a student body (and hence peer group) compromised

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen we moved to the area we made the mistake of choosing this school, and suffered the consequences of test based education, awful teachers and methodology, toxic parents and unwelcoming environment. It seems that this school really only caters for a niche type of parents and children.
