Read the entirety of this description Beautiful home Approximately 769 Sq Ft. 1 bed 1 bath home with room for a desk/office or day bed. Owner has put much expense into the unit. The main home is above the rental home some noise can be heard. Rental is attached to the main home although private and separate. Homeowners are quiet and all work at home. Due to the fact that the rental is small and no animal accommodations have been made we cannot accept pets. Washer and Dryer in unit. Food Pantry Closet in kitchen and large walk in closet in the bathroom. French door Refrigerator and much much more. Due to high numbers of inquiries owner needs you to fill out the basics and leave your phone number. Anyone that does not leave a phone number may not be considered. Phone interview is imperative before showing. Rental agreement will be done closer to move in date. A copy of the agreement can be provided if you need to see it prior to renting. First Months rent will be collected on the first day of rent. If you start in the middle on the Month days will be prorated and on the 1 day of the following Month Rent will remain $2,000 Per Month. Deposit of $2,100 will be given to landlord/owner on the date of acceptance. We are offering a small portion of the back yard to the tenants feel free to bring your own patio furniture. Back yard is on Over 1 acre of property. Landlords work at home and are mostly here. We are constantly upgrading the homes and some construction may be ongoing inside the unit so we need a flexible person who doesn't mind the additional upgrades to the property. Window coverings are included. Renters insurance is required for anyone living on the property. Credit Check and prior pay history is an absolute must. This is a non smoking of any kind property. Absolutely no Vaping or smoking anything inside or outside the property.
