"Public transportation is available but slim, no bus routes stop through the neighborhood and the closest stop is The Pulse two route main thoroughfare line. "

"People are walking their dogs all the time. Neighbor has stations for poop bags and trash cans all over. There’s some buildings that have dog parks in them "

"I’ve lived in Scott’s Addition for three years. It’s grown a lot over that time. It’s gotten noisier and rowdier, especially in the past year. Random strangers hang out, etc. on my porch. People scratch and ding my car frequently. Parking is difficult. I also work in the neighborhood but am looking forward to no longer living here. "

"There are many young adults, ages in the 20s to 30s range, that live here. It is rare to see kids living in this area. The breweries and restaurants attract a lot of people and traffic on the evenings and weekends, street parking can be difficult at those times. Construction is always happening. There are many 18 wheeler trucks driving around from the businesses around here."

"I own a house in Scotts Addition and commute downtown for work. One of the greatest aspects of the neighborhood is its location. My commute to and from work is 10 minutes by car. The neighborhood itself is experiencing a rapid revitalization. Historically a blue collar community with trades people, warehouses, and auto and construction shops, local developers are rapidly purchasing plots of land and redeveloping the buildings into high end lofts, breweries, restaurants, work spaces, and retail shops. The neighborhood has a fairly low crime rate, and a very low serious crime rate. The neighborhood is approximately a 15 minute walk to Carytown, and is in close proximity to museums and public transportation. I would highly recommend this neighborhood to investors."

"It’s a very eclectic neighborhood that offers a lot of things to do and restaurants to visit. This area is in a stage of resurgence"

"Lots of alcohol related activities like breweries and distilleries that always have good events going on. The downside to living here is that there is absolutely no green space like a park or anything in easy walking distance. Also there are a lot of uneven or non existent sidewalks but it is nice and quiet at night and during the week."
