This is a super cute house with a lovely garden and huge yard backing up to woods. Large, wonderful deck off the back of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Great schools. Tall ceilings in main living area with sky lights. Wood floors throughout. Gorgeous wood-burning fireplace in living room. Large laundry room downstairs. Finished basement with extra guest room/office (additional to the three bedrooms on the main floor). Lots of storage in small garage, attic and furnace room with shelves. Gas heat. Gas cooking. New air conditioner as of 2022. Location extremely convenient. Very quick ride to Annapolis. Public transit within reasonable walking distance.

No smoking. Utilities are paid for by the renters. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Monthly fee required for pets. Tenant expected to maintain yard and neat appearance of the house and to keep trash cans and recycling cans at the bottom of the driveway until trash day. No unusable vehicles or other piles of trash can be kept on the property. Owner reserves right to do some maintenance to garden but will text when stopping by to do so. Owner may send a property maintenance person to the house every three months to check on the condition of the home with 24 hours notice to renter.

It is sometimes hard to remember names quickly but dog names are fast and can save you in a jam. The whole neighborhood his 3.2 miles so walking your dog here can really get you some steps!"
