This school is a mixed bag. While staff are mostly supportive and listen to student feedback, the main problem stems from the student body and how some other staff tend to do nothing about humiliation, sexism, racism, and bullying, and teachers may even join in. From experience, humiliation has been a big factor of my time at Robert C. Fisler School. For instance, a large population of this school is Korean, and I'm not one of those people. Because of this, I've faced racism from some of my peers. I've also tried to express myself, and tried to not be, "most boys at this age." Then, many students commented about my "feminine personality" and have spread rumors, some even deliberately trying to stir up things that could tarnish my reputation for absolutely no reason. There are also teachers who are sexist and wrongly get students in trouble. However, despite the toxicity among students, I can't argue there are some good aspects to attending this school. We've ranked among some of the best when it comes to technology, since laptops are featured in our education program. Despite my claim that staff can be lazy and unreasonable, other teachers can also be some of your best friends and will listen to your concerns in order to clear up misunderstandings. There are many implementations in laptops among students, such as anonymous bullying tips, counseling sessions that can be "booked" through a form, and educational websites. In summary, if you want to attend, come to this school mainly for technology education, and be aware of the extreme toxicity among the students (and unfortunately, staff). Keep in mind that toxicity can outweigh the benefits.

I am a current Sophomore and I couldn’t be more happier at this school. SHHS was not my homeschool and I chose to come here due to all the positive comments about this school. The principal and vice principals are caring, fun, and energetic and I specifically like Mr. Weinreich (our principal). He is very empathetic and always brings great energy wherever he is. Additionally, the academics is excellent and I feel like it will benefit me when writing about my classes on my college application. Lastly, I love the environment as the school has many plants, trees, caring students, and whenever we have assembly’s, events, etc, the school is so hype! Overall, SHHS is an amazing school and I would strongly recommend students to come here!
