About this House

PRICE REDUCED ON THIS Freshly painted from top to bottom duplex...vinyl plank flooring throughout for easy cleaning. This 2/2/1 duplex has an open floor plan from the living room into the large eat in kitchen with tons of counter space, breakfast bar, loads of cabinets, a pantry, range, refrigerator & dishwasher...and a slider out to the back porch which is screen enclosed.
The hallway leading to the bedrooms has 2 closets, the guest bath has tub shower combo and the master has walk in shower. All window treatments are provided, garage door opener w/remote...AND the lawn maintenance is included in the rent as well as the trash pick up and gutter cleaning.
IF a pet is allowed there will be a $300 non refundable pet fee.
The security deposit is $1650 and you may have to pay the last months rent in advance. There is a $125 credit/back ground check fee (2 adults)and $45 for every adult over the age of 18 applying.

The rent includes the lawn maintenance, gutter cleaning and trash pick up (which is 2xs a week). One year lease or longer only. There is NO smoking or vaping in any property we manage. NO parking on the grass. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including their deposits and you must show proof that they are on and in your name prior to getting access to the home.
We do not list on Craig's list and we show our properties personally. You must make an appointment to view by calling the office. We will NOT make any appointments via email or on line.
