Very close to bus lines, 10 minute walk to 15th Ave. and the rest of Capitol Hill. Surprisingly quick access to 520, and I-5 too! One car garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, forced air heating, gated entry. Charming little patio area and a small deck. Available today. 1st month's rent due at start, refundable damage deposit of $3,500 and last month's rent can be paid in installments. Tenant pays utilities. View by appointment. Cats and dogs okay with additional deposit. There is a small fenced side-yard, roughly 5' x 15', with a small doggy-door access to the house.
1st Month's Rent is due at signing, and at least the first installment of the Deposits. Damage Deposit is $3500 and Last Month's Rent is $3500 for a total of $7000 which can be paid in 6 installments.
