Very close to bus lines, 10 minute walk to 15th Ave. and the rest of Capitol Hill. Surprisingly quick access to 520, and I-5 too! One car garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, forced air heating, gated entry. Charming little patio area and a small deck. Available today. 1st month's rent due at start, refundable damage deposit of $3,500 and last month's rent can be paid in installments. Tenant pays utilities. View by appointment. Cats and dogs okay with additional deposit. There is a small fenced side-yard, roughly 5' x 15', with a small doggy-door access to the house.

(In Washington State, a three (3) day notice to quit is a legal document that is utilized by a landlord, owner, or property manager to instruct tenants to vacate the rental premises within three (3) days due to a breach of the lease agreement.)
Two (2) or more NSF checks within a 12 month period may result in denial.
Rental history reflecting any unpaid past due rent may result in denial.
Rental history showing damage may result in denial.
Rental history with disturbance complaints will be denied if the previous manager would not re-rent.
