The shop at the back of the property is not included in the rental. That is used by the owner of the property. Baseboard boiler heating and swamp coolers make up the HVAC systems in the home. Great open kitchen with built in barstools. Enjoy the amazing view of the pond from the kitchen window. Expansive front yard keeps you well away from the traffic of the street. Home is centrally located next to schools and shopping with easy access to the freeway.

Tenant pays for all utilities and must carry renters insurance. To qualify you must make 3 times rent amount and pass a credit and criminal back ground check. Tenant can choose to mow and snow plow the property or pay $300 extra a month for lawn care and snow removal by the landlord.
