Hi, I am a 33 y.o. female looking for a responsible and considerate housemate to move in as early as July 1st. I will be the only other tenant and split rent is $1125/month which includes utilities (power, internet, water, trash, etc.).
Some info about me, I have a doctorate in Immunology and currently work at a biotech company on CU Ans ch its campus. I have a very well behaved and friendly border collie mix who loves people, other dogs, and cats. The house is in walking distance from the Hospital or Anschutz Campus and has a large fenced in back yard. The space includes an extra bedroom that you can use as a shared office. Living room and kitchen are mostly furnished but you will need bedroom furniture. LGBTQ friendly ! Message me if you are interested and we can arrange a time to meet!

Rent is $1125/month - includes utilities (power, electricity, internet, trash, water). I will be the only other tenant.

Yard is well maintained by the landlords without cost to tenents

Sign and move in starting July 1st.
