There are addicts panhandling in the intersections and as pedestrians, often seen talking outloud to nobody, fighting, or just passed out in a random lawn. the motel next to Red Lobster and then the one across the street from there, on 31 next to Taco Bell, are the worst. Many of the other areas of North Perry are actually still quite nice with good families that keep up their yards and keep to themselves for the most part."
