        "My mom bought her condo here-Oakbrook Village about 30 years ago. The neighborhood has really gone down hill. You didn't quote the outrageous maintenance fee(monthly). The pool is never open, and nosey neighbors report you if they don't think you are following astringent HOA rules. My sister still lives here. I beg her all of the time to move out of this he%l hole."
