Available dates to view the room are: Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm. Please get in touch with me to schedule an appointment.

Bills are included. There is a coin base washer and dryer available. The family does live in the property, and it is a family of 4. Kitchen and restroom will be shared. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed. Street parking is available, no permits are required.
