Room Description

Naples House Share Seasonal Professionals 6-Month Minimum

A retired couple (NYPD Lieutenant and his retired Corporate Executive wife) will be moving their domiciles to Naples, FL. Looking for the right people for a house-share arrangement in a four-bedroom home in the Lake Park neighborhood.

Three private bedrooms are available with shared use of the kitchen and living areas. $1,000 per bedroom per month, utilities included. Six-month minimum commitment. The front portion of the house will remain separate and reserved for our use.

The location is particularly convenient for seasonal and contract professionals. The house is close to downtown Naples, the beaches, shopping and restaurants, and NCH Baker Hospital is located nearby at 350 7th Street N. (Naples Comprehensive Health)

Specifically looking for responsible seasonal professionals with verifiable local employment. Healthcare professionals, nurses, first responders, law enforcement, educators and other professionals working in the Naples area would be a good fit. Three friends or coworkers who already know one another would be ideal.

Requirements:

Rental period is October 15, 2026 to May 15, 2027 inclusive, extensions are available.

Responsible, respectful shared-house environment

6-month minimum lease. $1,000 per month per bedroom, with electric, water, Wi-Fi and other household utilities included. Security deposit and background check required. Shared kitchen and living areas. Each tenant has a private bedroom and shares one bathroom with the other housemates. Owner retains a separate portion of the home for personal use. No smoking, illegal drugs, cats or dogs. Longer-term arrangements are welcome.

    "Great place to walk a dog. Lovely and quiet and safe. Inspiring nature and good friendly people. What a wonderful place to be. Near the beach too. Very happy about that. I highly suggest you check it out yourself and get a better feel of the place. Near 5th Avenue and other places. It’s one of the best places in the country if you ask me. Never seen a crime and heard only good things from others I’ve met talking to locals who have lived here a long old time. Enjoying it all. Thank you so much. Highly recommended. Very good. So much to look forward to. My English is not the best but I hope I have conveyed a good picture on how good this is as a place to be and walk a dog. In fact I saw a big dog here last week. A Great Dane. What a Huge dog he was. Such a calm dog too. I was very impressed. You may see him fine on 7th ave near 6th street. Check it out. Also your neighbors are wonderful quiet and sweet. No crazy people with loud music except maybe one if two who speak with loud voices sometimes. Never too long. It’s alright."
