If you're a veteran that's a plus. Background check and 1 month security deposit required. Sorry no hard drugs policy. We love pets especially doggos but unfortunately no pets allowed here. MUST be able to keep common areas clean (wash dishes, pick up after yourself) and be able to lend help (take turns taking trash out). Smoking is ok but only outside. Relatively a quiet space not a party house, occasional guest here and there but we try to have open communication and not make any housemate uncomfortable.
