About this House

Completely update in 2017, all new plumbing and electrical. We gutted this home down to the bones and installed all new walls, carbonized stand Bamboo hardwood flooring, new bath with tub and shower all new energy efficient fixtures, LED lighting through out the home and garage. All windows were replaced with duel pane, sound proof mold resistant windows. A new energy efficient central heating unit was installed in the attic. A 72 liner foot retaining wall with redwood fence was installed in the rear yard along with a custom fully functioning 8'x10' workshop. New roof, new paint interior/exterior.
