Each bedroom comes with its own closet and there are 2 additional closets in the hallway, as well as some storage in the laundry room. And yes you have your own washer & dryer on site! Totaling 900 sq ft, this duplex unit is also equipped with a stove & refrigerator. Bella Vista is an amazing location with everything within reach and the feel of a neighborhood. You are within a hop skip and jump from Oakland famous Lake Merritt/Lakeshore area, Piedmont, Jack London Square, great supermarkets (Trader Joe's, Farmer Joe's and Lucky's are equal distance), many restaurants and farmers market. Walk score of 71, bike score of 64 and transit score of 55! Also 5 mins by foot from Highland General Hospital and 10 minute drive from Redwood Regional Park and its many hiking trails. Commute to downtown or to Bart in 10 mins by car, 15 mins by bike or use the nearby public transportation system on Park Blvd. You could also hop onto a Transbay express bus or take Highway 580 to connect with the rest of the Bay Area. The street is diverse with a lot of long-time homeowners and renters.

Available for move-in July 24th, 2022 with 1-year lease. Monthly rent: $2,695, garbage included, other utilities not included (water, electric, gas, internet). Garage available for an additional $100/month. To move-in deposit of $5,300 required up front (first month rent + security deposit). Will consider small animals, subject to approval.
