"I go towards 205 and traffic is great. But you can use 80 to hit major interstates and state roads that lead you directly to Downtown Dallas"

"Work in Dallas the commute is not bad about 20 min but if you leave at least 15-20 min early you miss the heavy flow. 3 highways to get back to the city."

"This is a great neighborhood that is very well established! We have several friends that live on Trinity and Border Street and this area is awesome! Everyone takes great care of their homes and lawns and that's pretty great to consider there's no HOA just great familes that take great pride in there homes. If ever a home comes up to fit my family of 6 needs in this area we will be 1st in line!!! "
