Walking Distance to the beach (1.5 Miles) Bike lanes lead down Rose or Venice boulevards to a bike path that runs up and down the beach from Manhattan Beach to Pacific Palisades. Minutes from Abbot Kinney or walk to Rose or Lincoln. Cool breezes flow across both front and back furnished private patios from West to East. Great for outdoor entertaining.
