Stunning remodeled, fully detached casita in Coronado! This is a private guest house with a shared backyard space. It is outfitted with a kitchenette, full bathroom, walk in closet and private washer dryer. Please note
 there is not a full kitchen oven however it includes a hot plate stovetop for cooking. It's also partially furnished with a queen size bed. More photos and videos available upon request.

You'll have a separate entrance and full access to the outdoor area and pool. Please be respectful that you are sharing the yard with the existing homeowners and their two dogs, so we may sometimes be using the yard with our dogs.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Downtown, Biltmore/Arcadia, Uptown etc., in walking distance to schools and restaurants.

**Tenant is responsible for 20% of monthly utilities on total property (based on sq footage. Internet, pool service, etc is included).

20% of property utilities is tenant responsibility. Owner will cover internet, weekly pool maintenance etc.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
