About this House

I'm offering this duplex for rent to the public for the first time in about 6 years, I've had family living there during that time and the home has been kept up in nice condition. I'm having a final round of cleaning and paint touch up done this week, so the unit is availible for showing now and will be move-in ready before the end of the month. Washer dryer hookups, garage, and 2 off-street parking spaces as well as a fenced back yard. I would like to find a tenant with one animal maximum - either 1 cat, or 1 dog.
