AVAILABLE ON 8/11! 2 bed/1 bath FULLY FURNISHED house available for rent! Garbage, internet, gardening is included in rent. The house has been recently remodeled and is super charming. Master has a King size bed with tempurapedic mattress. Second room has a daybed (twin size) with a trundle so can comfortably sleep 2 people. The living room has a new couch with a Queen pull out sofa. Large, gate enclosed front yard! Centrally located and very walkable, 10 minute walk to downtown Eugene and 1 mile from the University of Oregon and lots of hikes and outdoor activities. I'm looking for a professional or graduate student who will be respectful to the neighborhood and the house. Small trained dog is OK.

House is fully furnished garbage, internet and gardener bills are included in rent. Tenant responsible only for gas and electrtic.
