The gas, water, sewer and trash utilities are INCLUDED, so ONLY electricity is separate. There is a detached garage belonging to the unit with storage cabinets and room for two cars to park. The community offers a pool and clubhouse. This is a great location at an affordable price!

This home is offered for a minimum of 1 year lease agreement and has the option for renewal on a yearly basis with a 3% rent increase each year. The community INCLUDES water, trash, sewer and gas utility, so the only utility bill the tenant needs to arrange is electricity. NO smoking inside or outside the unit NOR on the premises of the community complex. Pet rules and limitations apply. NO subletting. Tenant must see the property in person before applying.
