Three bedroom, two bath single family home in South Carson City. New carpets just installed, along with a new roof. Beautiful hardscaping in the front yard, with a small fenced backyard and sunroom attached to the master bedroom. Tenant is responsible for all landscaping for the front and backyard. Attached garage with washer/dryer hookups, and parking on the side for a trailer or small RV. New window coverings in the home, great for keeping the house cool during the summer. Fridge is there for tenant use, but will not be the owners responsibility for any maintenance, repairs, or replacements. Renters insurance is required. Water/sewer, trash, electric, and gas are included in the rent. First month's rent and deposit are due at the time of move in. Deposit is the same as the rent. No pets allowed. Low income housing ONLY with income restrictions. If you do not meet the low income requirements, you will not be approved. HUD Vouchers are accepted, but if approved we may have to raise the rent price.

The increase in traffic is horrible and rude drivers ignoring traffic laws are now the rule and not the exception.. stay away from main roads during the hours of 4:30- 6:30 "
