About this House

Large lower level 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in a quiet 7 unit complex.

Owner pays water. Renter pays gas/trash and electric. Must show proof of utility transfer before move in. This complex is full of long time renters that work from home so we are looking for someone who will be a good fit. We don't charge for pets all we ask is that our owners are responsible and respectful to the property and other tenants. We do need to approve pets and require applications for them.
