This is an upper unit a block from the ocean. It comes with upgraded appliances and in unit laundry.

Lease is a year we accept pets with a deposit. There is no smoking on the property anywhere. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after always. The owner pays water and trash. Renter pays gas and electric. This is an upper unit so tenants are below you. Sometimes noise can become an issue so it must be considered when leasing an upper unit is your choice. This unit has a front and rear entranced . Very open living space and quiet neighborhood. Most of my tenants are retired or work from home. They all love the quiet days with great natural lighting and afternoon breeze.
