There is a small yard on a very quiet street near city center. It is a great location for grad students or a new family. The house is professionally cleaned before each rental. There is a bus stop a block away or walk up the gorge trail alongside the falls. Gimmee coffee shop at the end of the street and many restaurants all within walking distance. A car is not needed but there is off street parking for two small cars. Utilities not included but it has a new 2021 furnace, a recently renovated kitchen and bath, and a new roof(2023).

Renter pays for trash, & utilities which are 100-200/month depending on use.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
