- Application must be 100% complete to be reviewed. Groups of more than one applicant will not be considered until applications from all members of group submitted.

- 3 or more late payments within a 12-month period* *
- 3 or more NSF checks in a 12-month period
- 2 or more complaints/notices in a 12-month period
- Unauthorized pet(s)
- Unauthorized occupant(s)
- Damage to the property
