"Live here, excellent area, very low crime rate, great neighbors, quiet area, walk to Alva School, boat ramp and Caloosahatchee River are just around the corner, tennis courts, Alva Museum and Garden Club are also just around the corner, Alva Country Diner just over the bridge, post office across the street, equestrian community with million dollar homes just around the corner, a wonderful area for you and/or your family. The Alva area is truly a quiet Florida gem, a number of homes in the area are also historical homes, like this home. Fort Myers is an easy commute."
