Sorry but both garages at the property are rented currently so the unit has NO OFF STREET PARKING.

This property was originally built in the early 1920s - this is a vintage Long Beach 4-plex. The building was remodeled in 2013. Each of the four apartments in the building have their own front door - this upstairs unit has an additional stairway and an it's own exclusive street facing balcony. The units back door can be accessed from a rear staircase.

There is a front bedroom and a back bedroom and both enjoy convenient access to the central kitchen and bathroom. Vintage feel with 8' tall ceilings, hardwood floors, fresh crisp paint and granite countertops. Private front and back entrances. Ample windows!

This apartment features a fridge and range. The laundry room features washer dryer HOOKUPs so that you can install a full size gas dryer and washer!

The beach boardwalk is located 0.4 miles away (see photo). There are neighborhood retail and restaurants within walking distance, a free LB Circuit Shuttle service and proximity to downtown!

Small dogs and cats are allowed with additional pet rent.
No smoking allowed on property.
